the intenet does not isolate us

I’ve know this forever. I speak/type with hundreds of people everyday on the internet. Here, facebook, my buffy board , and email. No one ever believes me when I say it has been positive for my social life. But now there is proof.With numbers. I wonder if anyone will believe me now?

Probably not. My hunny would say that internet friendships are not real. The thing is that I know we can keep up with one another easier online than any other way.

Interesting. I have two friends getting married in January . Not only did they meet on thin internet, but a good half of the wedding guest met them on the internet.
Of course, I know a number of other couples that met the same way ….
and a friend from Israel that came over here and stayed with people and met people that she met only on the internet.
and my sister has bunch of friends that she has met on the internet , too.
And like you, I keep in touch with so many people that I could never do any other way
